Ehehehe once again this post is long overdue! XD
But I want to post about it anyway, mostly for my own reference~
It's also the opportunity for me to finally, FINALLY watch all these PVs :'D
A few weeks back (I can't remember exactly when because I was too busy with schoolwork when I saw the announcement on Twitter >.<) Rejet updated us with new titles for this year!
As with the previous year, I was busy doing my work (this time it was a bloody report ugh) when Rejet spammed my Twitter timeline with updates. 酷いな…(T▽T) HOWEVER.... I myself am severely not updated when it comes to listening to Rejet's CDs due to the fact that there are so many of them, I can't keep up welp hello it's like hundreds of CDs vs only one of me... (´ー`* ))))
I have no idea where I stopped at for Diabolik Lovers (possibly the first volume of Dark Fate orz), and as for the other Rejet CDs, the last thing I remember listening to was Vanquish Brothers Masamune ;;;;;;
Okay I know I should be doing work cos my deadlines and submission dates are next week but can I really work when Rejet's shoving all their new project titles on our face at once?? I think not.
So as I'm quivering, weeping and having a mental breakdown over this horrible otome company that is Rejet, let me just slowly and calmly do a write-up of their new projects.
On February 5th, Rejet held a live event on NicoNico Douga featuring seiyuus Midorikawa Hikaru and Kondou Takashi, as well as Rejet's director. Though only people currently residing in Japan could view it (you need a premium account if you live outside Japan in order to watch it), there were other means of getting information and here we go~
EDIT: LMAO I just realised I missed out some names... I guess I was too tired doing my work when I posted this ;v; Gomen nasai!! T.T
Hi I'm back! It's finally my vacation, and I swear I'm gonna make every day count!
Because of school, I haven't been able to review the drama CDs I've been listening to. The disadvantage of this is that I end up forgetting most of what the CDs are about unless the contents are...how do I put it...unique...? (>_>; ) Oh, school is such a menace OTL.
Now why do I continue writing reviews on drama CDs/otome games/anime/manga/etc even though I know that no one reads them? It's basically cos
1) I love writing
2) I fear that if I write my thoughts in a physical diary/journal/etc, someone in my family might read them and then I'd be dead because, well...aren't most of the drama CDs um...filled with heat...? XD
3) I could make my thoughts private if I post it online and make sure that the people I know in real life won't be able to read them
And those are the reasons (・ω・) So if you happen to come across my blog and read my reviews and whatnot, I'd like to say a very big THANK YOU to you! o(^^o)
By the way, I have yet to receive my copy of DGS March 2013 because the other day when I went to Kinokuniya with the intention of buying the magazine, it was sold out (ಠ_ಠ) Fuyu-chan has made an effort to reserve the magazines from the second shipment so hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on it. DEAR LORD PLEASE I BEG YOU!!
And back to drama CDs! Now, almost every person in the otome fandom and who listens to drama CDs and is a sadist is hyped up because (and I'm writing this for those who are not in the know) DIABOLIK LOVERS IS GONNA HAVE AN ANIME AS WELL AS A SEQUEL. I'm looking forward to the anime but more so towards the sequel. Entitled Diabolik Lovers: More Blood, this new installment will feature the Mukami brothers alongside the Sakamaki brothers. The characters are:
Mukami Yuuma (CV: Suzuki Tatsuhisa)
17 years old
190cm (he's the tallest), 70kg
Blood O
Mukami Azusa (CV: Kishio Daisuke)
17 years old
170cm, 50kg
Blood A
Mukami Ruki (CV: Sakurai Takahiro)
18 years old
180cm, 61kg
Blood AB
Mukami Kou (CV: Kimura Ryouhei)
17 years old
176cm, 56kg
Blood B
I know I know... THE SEIYUU CAST IS JUST FREAKING TERRIFIC AIN'T IT. I JUST CAN'T. I've never heard Kimura-san and Kisshi in any *ahem* seductive...kind of drama CD so I'm looking forward to hearing how they're gonna fare as ドS vampires! /imagines Kise and Kurama turning ドS and doing their thing/ I've had a taste of Sakupyon's ドS-ness in Black Wolves Saga (he voiced Mejojo, one of my favourite characters in the game/drama CD) and I'm lusting for more /slapped/. And Tatsun? Don't even mention him. HE WAS BEING SUCH A FREAKING ドS WHEN HE VOICED OKITA IN WASURENAGUSA. Hijikata is supposed to be a ドS but to be honest, I feel that Okita is the one who is a ドS. And his...kisses....in Ani to Osanajimi left me gasping for air. They're THAT intense. /dies/
Here is the PV:
Another key highlight is SHINSENGUMI MOKUHIROKU WASURENAGUSA. In order for the Shinsengumi to be complete, Rejet didn't forget to include Harada Sanosuke and Nagakura Shinpachi to its ranks.
And behold.
Nagakura Shinpachi (CV: Maeno Tomoaki)
24 years old
178cm
Harada Sanosuke (CV: Tachibana Shinnosuke)
25 years old
180cm
TACHIBANAAAAAAAAAAAA~!!!!!!!!! After listening to Yan Ero, I will expect no less from you!! (>///////////////<)
I'm really looking forward to Sano's CD! (╹◡╹)
Here is the PV:
And everyone knows how ruthless Rejet is. Brace yourself for another upcoming Wasurenagusa sequel (yes, just like Diabolik Lovers) called Shinsengumi Kekkonroku Wasurenagusa. Frankly speaking, I'm wondering if Rejet's toying with us because 'kekkon' means 'marriage' and 'roku' refers to 'records' (as in writing eg. keeping records of the past). So in the end 'kekkon roku' means 'marriage records'. So I wanna know if this sequel will end with the listener getting married to the Shinsengumi captains. But then again, it may not be possible because in Mokuhiroku, all the captains, with the exception of Saitou, are not coming back from battle. THAT IS if they stick with what happened in history. If (and I hope they do but I can't get my hopes up) they decide to have a turn of events and the captains return from battle safe and sound, there's a huge possibility that you would end up getting married with your captain. Awwww~ (*´ω`*)
I checked the release dates of the various CDs and oh boy, they date all the way till next year (2014)! My patience has its limits!!!

Look at Shuu's release date! It's on Christmas! A rather unusual day to listen to a vampire CD, don't you think...? And Raito's CD is gonna be released the day before Halloween. Coincidence? I think not...
Ψ(`∀´)Ψケケケ
I see almost all of the release dates fall on the EXACT SAME DAY as well as the days before the birthdays of my family members/friends/myself (see Kanato and Sano...my birthday is the day after their CD's release :DDD )
I'm guessing Rejet made the release dates fall on the same day so that they won't get confused or anything (because there are just so many new drama CDs being released this year like Seventh Heaven).
And lastly, I DEMAND that Rejet release an OST for Wasurenagusa because their music is BEAUTIFUL. The theme song makes me cry, really... (;__;)
So yeah, that's all for today's post. I'll start posting my reviews perhaps tomorrow! Good night! o(^^o )
[I use the seiyuus' nicknames in my posts so for the sake of people who are new to the fandom, here is the guide (for this post only): Kisshi: Kishio Daisuke Sakupyon: Sakurai Takahiro Tatsun: Suzuki Tatsuhisa S/N: The nicknames for each seiyuu varies greatly. The nicknames mentioned in my posts are the ones I often use. :) Hope it helps!]
While wandering around trying to find our way to the other Kinokuniya branch yesterday, Fuyu-chan and I stumbled upon a cosplay shop in one of the shopping malls. We found lots of Hakuouki stuff too! At first I didn't want to buy this keychain because I'm not a fan of bookmarks whose designs are carved out from rubber. But I was attracted to the Hakuouki symbol keychain and the fact that there was a Souji card, so I bought it in the end. Plus I get 2 free illustrations by Kazuki Yone-sensei! I regret nothing!!
And while I was out, these arrived in the mail! Hurray for patience and endless attempts at saving money! I'll save more money so I can get more of these lovelies. Yum~
And I grabbed the February issue of Dengeki Girl's Style. The new Hakuouki game is on the cover. The freebie is a Brothers Conflict 2013 wall calendar. Pretty nosebleed-triggering illustrations inside- /shot/ I'll touch more about the magazine contents later. I really can't find time to do my usual reviews these days OTL school I hate you... DX
